催化裂化汽油固定床脱硫醇催化剂的性能研究

摘    要:在实验室内对负载型和固载型固定床脱硫醇催化剂进行了性能对比研究。在催化氧化硫醇活性上,固载型催化剂远远优于负载型催化剂;经过两次强化水洗后,固载型催化剂活性组分几乎不流失,负载型催化剂的活性组分流失严重;SEM分析表明,固载型催化剂的活性组分进入载体孔道,并在孔道内均匀分散,因而其催化氧化性能优越;而负载型催化剂活性组分主要吸附在载体的表面,容易流失,因此其催化氧化性能明显比固载型催化剂低。

Abstract:The performance of mercaptan oxidation catalysts of load catalyst and immobilized catalyst was researched under laboratory conditions.For the activity of mercaptan catalytic oxidation,the performance of immobilization catalyst is far superior to that of load catalyst.After two times of enhanced water washing,there was little loss of active component of immobilization catalyst,but the loss of active component of load catalyst was great.It is seen from SEM analysis that the active component of immobilization ...
