活性炭负载TiO2的制备及其光催化活性研究

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2/活性炭(AC)光催化剂,采用XRD分析了纳米TiO2晶型,SEM观察了活性炭负载前后表面形貌.正交试验分析了各因素对光催化降解甲基橙的影响.结果表明:制备的纳米TiO2为纯锐钛矿型,催化剂以不规则碎片包覆在活性炭表面.复合材料在TiO2浓度0.441 mol/L,50℃烘干后,pH=3的环境下降解甲基橙,脱色率达到95.5%.溶液pH值是催化降解的主要影响因素.

Abstract:TiO2/activated carbon(AC) photocatalysts were prepared by sol-gel process.TiO2 nanocrystal was analyzed by XRD,and the surface morphology before and after carbon loading was observed by SEM.Orthogonal test was designed to analyze various factors affecting photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange.The results showed that the prepared nano-TiO2 was pure anatase,and the catalyst coated on carbon surface in the form of irregular fragments.When the concentration of TiO2 was 0.441 mol/L and the pH value of environment was 3,decolorization rate of methyl orange reached 95.5% after drying the composites at 50 ℃.The pH value of solution is the main factor affecting the catalytic degradation.
