| 摘 要： | 对压块活性炭的生产工艺及影响压块活性炭产品质量的要素进行探讨,重点从有无黏结剂、成型方式及配煤比例等方面着手进行了生产实践。最后得出结论,压块活性炭在压片方式和无黏结剂情况下生产最合理,通过配煤比例的合理选择,可以生产出高品质的压块活性炭。

| Abstract: | The technical process of coal based activated carbon by briquetting and the factors affecting the quality of the activated carbon were discussed.And the effects of adding binder,forming methods and coal blending ratio on the quality of the activated carbon were emphasized.The activated carbons with high quality were produced through tabletting forming method without adding binder via the appropriate coal blending ratio. |
