聚丙烯交联改性的研究

摘    要:以过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)作引发剂,松节油和苯乙烯作交联助剂,对聚丙烯进行交联改性。研究松节油和苯乙烯的种类和用量,以及DCP的用量与聚丙烯交联体系性能之间的关系。结果表明:随着DCP含量的增加,交联体系冲击强度、拉伸强度、凝胶率都出现一最大值,但当其含量超过一定值时,又会下降;松节油和苯乙烯都可以作为聚丙烯交联反应的交联助剂,但松节油作为交联助剂,对性能提高幅度较大。

Abstract:Taking DCP as initialor,and turpentine oil and styrene as cross linking coagent, PP was modified by cross linking in the paper. The relations between properties and the type and content of turpentine oil and styrene , and the content of DCP were studied. The results showed that impact strength, tensile strength, gel friction increased frist all with the increase of DCP content, but decreased when it go beyond the scope ; turpentine oil and styrene may be used as cross linking coagent in the cross linking of PP, but the properties with turpentine oil increased more than that with styrene.
