熔体结构转变对蓄电池铅锑板栅电化学性能的影响

摘    要:应用循环伏安法、交流阻抗法分别对蓄电池Pb—Sb板栅合金在800℃和1200℃下熔体转变前后的电化学性能进行测试,并用金相显微镜观察了合金的微观组织。结果表明,熔体结构转变能细化合金晶粒,薄化晶界,减少晶体缺陷。循环伏安扫描过程中,锑的氧化量明显降低,失水减少,同时氧化铅和硫酸铅的还原过程变得更为容易,有利于电池反应的进行。交流阻抗测试的结果表明,熔体结构转变形咸阳极膜钝化层的稳定性增强,提高了合金的耐腐蚀性。

Abstract:The effect of melt structure transition on the electrochemical performance of lead-antimony al-loys was studied by use of cyclic voltammetry,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and scanning electronic microscope.It was found that melt structure transition can decrease the grain size,thin the grain boundary and reduce the crystal defect of the alloy.The CV results has shown both,for the oxida-tion of antimony and,the loss of water were reduced.At the same time,the reduction processes of PbO and PbSO4 beca...
