| 摘 要： | 针对我国水资源短缺和水土环境恶化问题，在充分考虑经济、生态、社会、环境等诸多因素的基础上，将陈守煜教授提出的多目标系统模糊关系优选决策模型应用于与农业水资源优化配置密切相关的农作物种植结构，为区域农业可持续发展提供理论指导。模型理论严谨，解法简便，具有广泛的通用性。

| Abstract: | Water resources shortage and water soil environment aggravation in China restrict seriously the sustainable development of agriculture, even the whole national economy. This paper applies fuzzy relation optimal decision model of multi objective system to crop plant structure which is closely related to the agricultural water resources optimal allocation, fully considers ceconomic, ecologic, social and environmental reguirements etc., and provides theoretical guide for the sustainable development of regional agriculture. The theory is strict. The solution is simple. The model is universal. |
