| 摘 要： | 阐述了现代模块化设计的内涵和特点,讨论了基于模块化设计方法的堆垛机产品快速设计体系,研究了在堆垛机模块化设计中所需的功能模块以及融合参数化、变量化等设计手段的实现方法。最后,以某型号堆垛机为例,提出了结合PDM技术对其功能模块进行模块数据管理,实现产品配置设计。

| Abstract: | This paper describes connotation and characteristics of modular design.A quick stacker crane design system is presented based on modular design method,as well as the necessary function modules in modular stacker crane design and how to realize the design.Finally a specific stacker crane is designed to explain how to adopt PDM technology to do function module data management and product'configuration design. |
