摘    要:宜兴荆邑大桥主桥跨径173m,桥宽58.5m/51m.主桥桥塔结构体系为双套拱塔结构.由于其独特的结构造型及现场施工条件的限制,拱桥安装采取在桥面上平面拼装,同步竖转提升,先利用临时塔架竖转提升主塔,然后利用安装好的主塔作为承重结构,同步竖转提升安装副塔的安装施工工艺.通过对临时结构的设计提出较高要求,保证提升竖转过程中的同步控制精度.同时通过采取有效措施,防止由于竖转的角度过大而导致倾覆的危险.
