低灰高热值煤泥制备水煤浆试验研究

摘    要:研究了山西某矿煤泥制备高浓度煤泥水煤浆可行性,从煤泥成浆性分析到影响因素都做了详细的试验研究,并结合单因素试验,设计正交试验,得出制备高浓度优质水煤浆的最佳工艺条件:添加剂用量0.16%,温度35℃,搅拌强度1200rpm,搅拌时间25min。在最佳条件下,可以制得浓度为69%,粘度为911.30mPa·s,发热量为20.60MJ/kg的一级水煤浆,符合GB/T 18855—2002水煤浆技术标准。

Abstract:The feasibility of preparation of high concentration slurry coal water mixture (SCWM) which from Shanxi coal mine was studied, the coal slurry's ability to be a mixture with water and its influencing factors were investigated. The optimum conditions of the preparation of SCWM were obtained under single-factor tests and orthogonal tests. The optimum condition is that the additive amount is 0.16%, the temperature is 35℃, the agitation intensity is 1200r/min, the stirring time is 25min. Under the best condition, the SCWM of Grade 1 which has the properties of the concentration of 69% , the viscosity of 911.30mPa·s and the calorific value of 20.60MJ/kg has been obtained. The SCWM is up to the standards of GB/T 18855 -2002 CWM technical.
