摘    要:针对便携式通信电源的实际需要,结合小型燃料电池发电系统的技术发展,提出了小型化、轻便化、模块化的质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)移动电源系统的总体设计方案。设计中,采用常压空气作为氧化剂,采用固态可逆金属储氢器来存储、供应氢气,限定氢气的流速与压力稳定在最佳工况值;利用散热风扇、外加散热片和小型增湿器来调节电池堆内部的温、湿度;采用大电容续流、直流斩波加脉宽调制的方式来实现稳压输出;采用以单片机为核心的控制单元来实现系统各单元的协调控制。最后研制了实验型样机,通过对其单项性能和实际负载能力的测试,发现其供电平稳,可靠性较高,达到了预期的设计目标。

Abstract:According to meet the urgent demand for the portable military communication power, whole designing scheme of the PEMFC (proton exchange membrane fuel cell) movable power system in miniaturization?portability and modulization ,combining with the technology development of the fuel cell power system in miniature were studied. In the design, ordinary-press air was adopted as the oxidizer, while reversible metal hydrogen-storage was adopted to store and supply hydrogen,the flux and press of which was confined to the max-loading condition. A few measures were taken for regulating temperature and humidity inside the PEMFC stack, including setting cool-fan?radiator and minitype humidifier. To level off output voltage, such measures were taken as using large capacitor to continuing current and DC transforming with PWM and so on. A single chip microcomputer was used as the central component to harmonize and control the above units of the system. In the end, a prototype was manufactured, the monomial performance and load-ability of which were tested. The prototype has shown good ablity of supplying power steadily and reliably, thus it has reached the expected design aim.
