配合煤对水煤浆性能的影响

摘    要:配合煤对水煤浆性能的影响是非加和性的,利用两种煤的优势可以有效提高难成浆煤种的制浆浓度,一般可以提高3%~5%,但不同煤、不同配比、不同添加剂的配煤制浆结果有一定的差异。利用配煤技术可以有效地降低高灰熔点煤的灰熔点,其灰熔点的降低也是非加和性的。

Abstract:The effects of coal blending on the features of C.W.M. are nonadditivity. It can effectively improve the concentration of coal water slurry, generally 3%-5%,for coals which have difficulty in preparing C.W.M., The results also indicated that the features of C.W.M. for different coals, blend proportion, additives are different. The ash fusion point for high fusion point coal in blending can be decreased to the temperature within the operation condition 1380℃ for Texaco coal water slurry gasifier by using blends technology. The reduction of ash fusion point is also nonadditicity.
