摘    要:硬质夹杂是影响钢棉钢高速切削性能的最主要因素,用电弧炉冶炼、连铸此钢种,不用铝而只用少量Si- Ca 线脱氧及渣面用CaC2 粒脱氧,避免了钢中硬质夹杂的生成,保证了钢材的切削性能

Abstract:The hard inclusions are found to the primary factors affecting.The high speed cutting property of the steel wool products.The cutting characteristic of steel wool wire rod produced in EAF and CC can be improved by adding a small amount of Si-Ca instead of Al with CaC 2 for deoxidation,thus avoiding the generation of solid inclusions in steel and ensuring the cutting property.
