摘    要:就具有决策支持功能且为多任务的15W/40CD级油调合专家系统中第二个子系统-以多级油为基础油加入各种添加剂的配方求解辅助子系统的设计作了介绍。该子系统的设计思想基于以前的成功配方和设计配方的类比关系。而15W/40CD级柴油机油添加剂配方设计系统基于范例检索,范例求解和规则求解;基于范例的推理设计的基础是相似性关系。介绍了剂配方求解的设计过程,用于范例检索,范例求解和规则求解的知识库的建立,给出

Abstract:The expert system with decision making function is a multi task one which including three subsystems. The subsystem for formulating additive recipe is introduced. The design concept of the system was based on the analog relationship between the previously successful recipe and the calculating recipe. The design system of the additive recipe for 15W/40CD grade diesel engine oil blending was based on case search and solution as well as rule solution. The similarity was the basis of the case-based inference design. The design procedure of the additive recipe solution and the establishment of knowledge data base for case and rule solutions are introduced, and the full formulation oil obtained from the solution which fulfilled the performance specification is given. The deviation of the designed blending value in comparation with the test result was less than 10%.
