甜茶活性成分最新研究进展

摘    要:甜茶是近年来发现一个新物种,营养成分丰富,并含有多种活性成分,而甜茶甙、茶多酚和黄酮甙为其主要活性成分。该文总结甜茶中三种活性成分最新研究状况,为甜茶资源开发利用作参考。

Abstract:Sweet tea(Rubus suavissimus S.Lee)is a new species found rencently.It contains many kinds of nutrious and bioactive components.Rubusoside,tea ployphenols and flavone are the main bioactive components of sweet tea.The latest research advances in bioactive components of sweet tea were re- viewed in this paper.It is hoped that the paper will offer reference with the tap of sweet tea resource.
