| 摘 要： | 介绍了南山轻合金有限公司冷轧机三台主传动同步电机采用ABB公司的ACS6000SD中压变频传动系统，论述了先进的IGCT大功率元件的技术特点以及DTC技术在该传动中的应用。同时介绍了ACS6000SD变频传动的控制调试软件，硬件组成及特点和该传动系统在轧机应用中的上位机控制接口通讯。
