硬质合金刀具刃口钝化方式对比试验研究

摘    要:通过硬质合金刀具刃口钝化方式的试验研究,从钝化效率、钝化质量(刃口的均匀性)两个方面分析对比三种钝化方式(手工钝化、刀具在研磨粉中钝化、电解机械复合方式钝化)。从综合钝化效率以及钝化质量来看,钝化直线型刃VI的刀具采用电解机械复合方式钝化较好,解决了目前刃口钝化存在的均匀性不好的问题,对实际生产具有指导意义。

Abstract:Through the experimental study of the cemented carbide tool edge passivation, analysis and comparison the passivation efficiency and quality (homogeneity) of the cutting edge with the three passivation methods (hand -passivation, grinding powder passivation, electrochemical mechanical methods passivation). Comprehensive the efficiency and quality of passivation point of view, the passivation of straight edge tool to select the electrochemical mechanical method passivation can be preferably passivated. Solving the current problems existing in edge passivation methods of poor uniformity, and hav- ing some guidance significance for the actual production.
