摆线齿锥齿轮用SPIRON铣齿刀具研究与应用

摘    要:相对于弧线齿锥齿轮,摆线齿锥齿轮采用等高齿制和连续分度法加工具有更高的加工效率、更好的传动平稳性及更小的传动噪声.本文针对摆线齿锥齿轮连续分度法铣齿所用的SPIRON刀具进行了相关介绍.

Abstract:Compared to spiral bevel gear, cycloid gear with constant - depth tooth ,and be produced by continuous - index method, it has higher production efficiency, better transmission stability and lower noise. In this article, Spiron cut- ter, which can be used for cycloid gear continuous - index cutting method, be introduced.
