| 摘 要： | 基于建设项目的费用与效益的识别原则,针对城市轨道交通在国民经济效益计算中存在的诸多问题,从产生效益的接受者角度,对项目建设前的国民经济效益进行详细的分析,并对其中可量化的效益给出计算公式,最后对苏州轨道交通4号线的国民经济效益进行估算。

| Abstract: | Based on the principle of rail transit costs and benefits according to the problems in cal-culating the national economic benefits （NEBs）of urban rail transit proj ects,this paper stood in the shoes of benefactors and made a detailed analysis to the NEBs of proj ects before construction. Meanwhile,it provided equations to calculate the quantifiable benefits and estimated the NEBs of Rail Transit Line 4 in Suzhou City. |
