新型铁系催化剂的制备及其催化合成苹果酯的研究

摘    要:报道用自制新型铁系催化剂—黄铁矾固体酸催化剂催化合成苹果园的方法。研究了合成苹果园的各种合成因素的影响,找出最佳酯化条件,即乙酰乙酸乙酯与乙二酵投科比为1:3,催化剂的用量为乙酰乙酸乙酯质量的6%,回流时间为2.5h,使合成苹果园产率达到90.8%。

Abstract:Fructone has been synthesized from ethyl aceto-acetate and ethylene glycol with ferric solid-acid as the catalyst. The factors affecting the reaction have been studied. The optimal esterifying conditions were found out,the molar ratio was about one(ethyl acetoacetate)to 3. 0(eth-ylene glycol), the catalyst weight quantity was 6% (cat. / ethyl acetoacetate) and the reflux time was 2. 5h. The yield was up to 90. 8%.
