某复杂铜锌铁多金属矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:甘肃某铜铁矿在深部开采过程中,锌品位达到综合回收要求。为找到合适的铜锌选矿回收工艺流程,对其代表性矿样进行了选矿试验研究。试验结果表明,新的选矿工艺流程所得铜精矿含铜20.05%、铜回收率为88.19%,锌精矿含锌44.81%、锌回收率58.43%。研究结果为下一步工业化生产提供了技术保障。

Experimental Research on Mineral Processing Technology for Separating a Cu-Zn-Fe Polymetallic Ore

Abstract:In deep mining process for delafossite of Gansu, the grade of zinc has achieved the requirements of comprehensive recovery processing. To find out a applicable mineral processing recycling process for copper and zinc minerals, mineral processing expremental researches on the representative sample ores were investaged. The results show that the copper and zinc concentrates grade of 20.05% Cu and 44.81% Zn at recoveries of 88.19% and 58.43% respectively are obtained, and the research could provide technical support for the industrial production.
