内蒙古某铅锌矿提高锌回收率试验研究与实践

内蒙古某铅锌矿是内蒙古境内的一座大型铅锌铜硫多金属矿山,因其矿石性质复杂,选厂生产中锌的回收率较低,特别是近年来随着原矿品位的下降,选矿回收率呈下降趋势。为此,对该矿石开展了磨矿细度和选锌作业药剂制度的优化试验研究。将试验研究成果应用选厂生产后,锌的回收率提高了3.38%,锌精矿品位提高了0.52%,取得了较好的选矿指标,提高了矿山经济效益。

Research and Practice on Improving Zinc Recovery Ratein an Inner Mongolia Lead-Zinc Ore Deposit

An Inner Mongolia lead-zinc ore deposit is a large lead-zinc-copper polymetal sulfide one in Inner Mongolia. The recovery rate of the zinc was lower in ore dressing due to the complicated ore and was in a declining trend in recent years especially with the drop of the grade of the raw ore. Experimental studies have been carried out to the slurry fineness and the collectors in processing the aforesaid ore. With the application of the achievement in the ore dressing, the zinc recovery rate has been improved by 3.38% and the Zinc concentrate by 0.52. Better beneficiation indicator has been achieved and higher economic benefit been realized.
