摘    要:信息和网络技术的应用是应急救援预案设置工作的一项重要内容,而建立一个快速高效的应急移动通信系统是保证突发事件应急指挥和处理所必须的硬件。只有在一个有效、高速、安全的现代信息网络上才能实现快速反应,从而达到应急指挥和监控的目的。

Abstract:Application of information and the network technical are an important content of the emergency succor predictive case setting work, but building up a quick and efficient emergency mobile correspondence system guarantees the hardware which is necessary to emergency command and handle the abrupt affairs. Only on the modern information network of efficient, high speed and safe can carries out fast reaction, thereby getting to the purpose of emergency command and supervision.
