| Abstract: | Application of information and the network technical are an important content of the emergency succor predictive case setting work, but building up a quick and efficient emergency mobile correspondence system guarantees the hardware which is necessary to emergency command and handle the abrupt affairs. Only on the modern information network of efficient, high speed and safe can carries out fast reaction, thereby getting to the purpose of emergency command and supervision. |
