抗静电聚丙烯纤维的研制

摘    要:采用聚丙烯(PP)接枝顺丁烯二酸酐、聚乙二醇和氧化锌的方法制备抗静电剂,再与PP切片共混纺丝,得到抗静电PP纤维,测试了纤维的力学性能和抗静电性能等。结果表明:随抗静电剂含量的增加,抗静电PP纤维的力学性能先有升高(抗静电剂质量分数小于5%)而后逐渐下降,体积比电阻降至10~8Ω·cm,静电半衰期保持在60s以下,抗静电效果优良。

Abstract:An antistatic polypropylene(PP)fiber was prepared by blend spinning PP chips with an antistatic agent prepared by grafting PP with maleic anhydride,polyethylene glycol and zinc oxide.The mechanical properties and the antistatic behavior of the fiber were measured.The results showed that the mechanical properties of the antistatic PP fiber were increased firstly and then decreased gradually,the volume resistance dropped to 10~8Ω·cm,the antistatic half-life remained below 60 s,and the an- tistatic behavior appeared good when the mass fraction of the antistatic agent was increased below 5%.
