| 摘 要： | 在熔体直纺涤纶FDY装置上生产POY,讨论了纺丝速度和第二热辊温度对生产的影响。结果表明:选择第二热辊温度80%,纺丝速度3 100 m/min,生产的168 dtex/36 f POY断裂强度2.88 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率129.1%,条干不匀率0.88%,满卷率95.6%。经后加工得到的DTY染色A级品率95.8%,产品质量同普通POY装置生产的POY相当。

| Abstract: | POY was prepared on PET FDY directly melt spinning plant.The effect of the spinning speed on the second heated godet temperature was discussed.The results showed that the 168 dtex/36 f POY can be produced under the conditions of the second heated godet temperature 80℃and spinning speed 3 100 m/min.The obtained POY exhibited breaking strength 2.88 cN/ dtex,elongation at break 129.1%,yarn irregularity 0.88%,full package rate 95.6%.The A-grade quality rate of DTY was 95.8% after afterprocessing.The product quality was equal to that of POY produced on conventional POY plant. |
