完全叠接管节点应力应变集中因子的实验研究

摘    要:通过实验研究了完全叠接管节点在轴力、平面内弯矩和平面外弯矩作用下的应力和应变集中因子。结果表明,在轴力和平面外弯矩作用下,完全叠接管节点试件的最大应变集中因子产生在靠近L支管的T支管的鞍部;而在平面内弯矩作用下,该管节点试件的最大应变集中因子产生在L支管的冠跟部。实验结果还发现,在平面内弯矩和平面外弯矩作用下弦管和T支管交接处的应变集中因子几乎可以忽略。通过对实验所得应变集中因子和现有的T/Y管节点应力集中因子参数方程进行比较,结果显示,利用现有的T/Y管节点应力集中因子参数方程来进行完全叠接管节点的疲劳设计是不合理的。

Abstract:A completely overlapped tubular joint specimen was tested under lap brace axial loading,in-plane and out-of-plane bending to determine the strain and stress concentration factor(SNCF and SCF) at the intersection of members.The experimental results showed that the maximum SNCF of the joint occurs at the through brace saddle near the lap brace under axial loading and out-of-plane bending and at the lap brace crown heel under in-plane bending.The SNCF at the intersection of the chord and through brace of the joint under in-plane and out-of-plane bending is negligible.The comparison of SCF revealed that the existing T/Yjoint parametric equations are not suitable for predicting the SCF of completely overlapped tubular joints.
