矿用隔爆型电磁雷管发爆器的研制

摘    要:该文介绍了一种煤矿用隔爆型电磁雷管发爆器的研制,包括单片机处理系统中微处理器的选型,电源电路的设计,储能电容的充放电电路的设计和储能电容的放电电路中电子开关的选型等。最终产品的起爆能力为100发电磁雷管,放电时间可精确控制在4ms之内,满足煤矿安全爆破使用的要求。

Abstract:Development of a kind of isolated blasting magnadet explode used in coal mine is introduced in this paper, including the lectotype of microprocessor in Single-Chip computer processing system, design of power circuit, charge and discharge circuit device of energy storing capacitance and the lectotype of electronic switch in discharge circuit of energy storing capacitance, at last, detonating capability of this product is 100 magnadet, discharge time can be controlled within 4ms, and also the requirement of safety blasting of coal mine is satisfied with this product.
