| 摘 要： | 以某电容器生产企业信息化改造过程中利用网络技术实现集合式并联电容器芯子自动装配为例,详细介绍了系统中实现自动装配的算法思想及网络的拓扑结构,给出了电容器芯子容量配平算法实现的编程流程,并与传统手工装配方式进行了比较,利用该系统结构,通过参数设置,可有效减少配平系统的误差。基于网络模式的应用系统软件实现了该企业的信息化,提高了生产效率,有效提升了产品的性能和设计精度,并为集合式并联电容器芯子的装配提供了一种全新的设计思路。

| Abstract: | The network technique realization of automatical assemble of the assembling shunt capacitor is introduced in detail.The procedure of assemble arithmetic programming is provided.Compared with the tradition way,this system can reduce the system error.The software system application based on network mode realizes the enterprise information and production efficiency by improving promoted performance of the products and design precision.The assemble arithmetic assembling shunt capacitor is a kind of brand-new way of designing. |
