| 摘 要： | 目的 研究低压铸造充型过程流场数值模拟的理论与方法． 方法 根据流体力学和低压铸造特点， 建立低压铸造条件下的控制方程、求解方法、初始条件、边界条件． 结果 利用建立的数学模型开发了流场模拟软件， 并应用于一试验件． 结论 所建立的数学模型及开发的软件证明是正确的．

| Abstract: | Aim\ To study the theory and method of numerical flow simulation for low pressure casting. Methods\ The mathematical model which consists of control equations, solving method and initial conditions have been put forward on the basis of fluid mechanics and character of low pressure casting. Results\ The simulation software of flow has been developed by using the above mathematical model. Conclusion\ The above model and software have been proved to be true. |
