| 摘 要： | DNA序列是生物遗传信息的载体.基因序列的Z曲线可以将字符表示的基因序列转换为直观的空间曲线,利用人脑对图形图像的理解能力,提高基因序列判别的效率和准确度.为方便观察基因序列的整体特性,采用基于点序的包围盒采样方法生成不同密度的序列点集.用非均匀B样条拟合Z曲线,得到空间Z曲线及其在XOY、YOZ、XOZ三个面上的二维投影,为基因序列的分析、对比提供直观方便的工具.
