摘    要:阐述了企业文化的含义和构成,分析了企业文化与企业形象、企业竞争力、企业品牌文化之间的关系,指出企业品牌文化决定了企业的市场占有率和市场竞争力,旨在阐述施工企业如何创建适合自身特点的企业文化。

Abstract:The meaning and composition of enterprise culture were explained,the relationship between enterprise culture,enterprise figure and enterprise competitive power,enterprise culture and enterprise brand culture were analyzed,and it pointed out that enterprise brand culture determined the market share of enterprise and market competitive power,to explain how to build enterprise culture adapting autologous characteristic of construction enterprise.
