摘    要:以N,N-二甲基苯胺作聚合单体,用电化学聚合方法在玻碳电极上同时固定辣根过氧化物酶和葡萄糖氧化酶或D-氨基酸氧化酶制备了双酶生物传感器.双酶传感器对葡萄糖或D-氨基酸的响应是通过测定在-0.05V电位下过氧化物酶催化还原氧化酶与底物作用的产物H2O2的还原电流而实现的.葡萄糖传感器和D-氨基酸传感器的线性响应范围分别为5×10-6~2×10-3mol/L和1×10-4~5×10-3mol/L.

Abstract:Bienzyme biosensors with horseradish peroxidase and glucose oxidase or D-amino acid oxidase were fabricated by electropolymerization of N,N-dimethylaniline on glassy carbon electrodes in the presence of the two enzymes. The responses of bienzyme biosensors to glucose or D-amino acid were determined on the basis of H,O, (generated from the reactions of oxidases with the corresponding substrates) reduction at -0.05V in the presence of HRP. The linear relation between the steaay-state cathodic current and glucose or D-amino acid concentration was 5x 10-6 to 2x 10-3 mol/L and 1 x10-4to 5x 10-3 mol/L, respectively.
