| 摘 要： | 对农村宅基地现状调查进行了探索和分析，针对农村地籍测量与城镇地籍测量的不同点，结合四川省成都市双流县农村集体资产产权制度改革进程，提出农村地籍测量作业中发现的问题和解决的办法，最后给出了以后开展农村宅基地调查的建议。

| Abstract: | It explores and analyses the situation survey in rural house foundation. For the difference of rural cadastral surveying and conjunction with rural collective property rights reform process in Shuangliu County, the suggestions of rural house foundation for investigation are carried out in the paper which mainly represents the problem and solutions in the survey. |
