残余压应力与表面断裂韧度关系研究

摘    要:研究了镍离子注入Al2O3陶瓷表面引起的残余压应力和表面断裂韧度的变化,并根据压痕裂纹的断裂力学原理,给出了初步的力学解释。结果表明,二者具有一致的变化规律。

Abstract:The change of surface fracture toughness and residual compress stress of Al 2O 3 ceramics implanted by Ni ion were studied. According to fracture mechanics theory of crack, a tentative mechanical explanation was made. Tests show that they have same regular pattern.
