| 摘 要： | 建立了一种高效液相色谱法测定去乙酰基-7-氨基头孢烷酸含量的方法,采用迪马公司的C18色谱柱（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,以0.01mol/L醋酸钠（pH=4.25）为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为254nm,柱温为25℃,样品池温度为4℃,线性范围为60～300μg/mL,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.36%。

| Abstract: | A HPLC method was established for determination of deacetyl-7-amino cephalosporanic acid content. The chromatographic conditions were as follows： diamonsil C,8 column（4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm）,0.01 mol/L-1 sodium acetate（pH=4.25） as mobile phase, at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, at detective wavelength 254 nm, tempeture of the column was 25 ℃, temperature of the sample cell was 4 ℃. The standard curve was linear in the range of 60-300 μ g/mL-1 and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9. The average recovery was 99.36%. |
