| 摘 要： | 电脑复位电路板是照明控制仪中不可缺少的部件。对于裸露的电子元件和连接组合 ,选用优良的环氧树脂、聚醚和胺类固化剂为主要组分的灌封材料 ,采取有效的工艺措施加以保护 ,灌封成为一个全封闭整体 ,起到防止多余物、防潮、防漏电、绝缘和隔热等的作用。经过自然环境条件的考核 ,产品完全达到技术条件和质量可靠性的要求

| Abstract: | Computer reset circuit board was the important assembly of illumination controller.For sealing of this exposed electronic element,fine epoxy resin,polyether and amine-curing agent were selected to make encapsulating meterial and effective technological process was adopted to protect the board.This encapsulating material could be of less redundant,good moisture-resistance,high electric-and heat-insulation.Test showed that the product met with quality requirements and was provided with excellent reliability. |
