| 摘 要： | 用山东工业大学研制的圆感应同步器式运动精度测量仪配以TP801B—Z80单板计算机,完成了传动链运动误差的数据采集和处理工作。从数据采集开始,经十多分钟时间即可直接从数据处理结果找出机床传动链的薄弱环节,作出诊断结论,从而进行修理或调整机器,以提高机器的传动精度。

| Abstract: | Data acquisition and processing are accomplished by using kinematic accuracy measuring instrument (circular induction synchronizer mode, developed by Shandong Polytechnic University). After ten minu- tes, according to the consequence of data processing the weak section of the machine gear-driven system can be found immediately and a diagnostic conclusion may be given. This makes the repairs or adjustment of the ma- chine tool easier and the improvement of kinematic accuracy possible. |
