| 摘 要： | 利用AutoForm软件对某车型的中柱(B柱)的拉伸成形过程进行了仿真模拟,获得了成形的危险区域.根据模拟结果调整优化了工艺参数,消除了零件成形中的质量缺陷,提高了成形工艺的稳定性.

| Abstract: | Using AutoForm software to analyze and simulate the automobile B-pillar drawing process , and the dangerous forming areas was obtained, according to the result, the processing-parameters were adjusted, solved the problems of the quality defects during the forming process. For that the stability of forming process has been enhanced. |
