基于支持向量机的电力工程最优投标报价决策研究

摘    要:报价是承包企业在工程投标中关注的一个重要问题。投标策略和投标技巧关系到承包商的最终利益。利用支持向量机(SVM)对投标报价进行分析,为承包商投标最佳报价提供参考。算例表明相对其他方法,支持向量机有着最佳报价决策的能力。

Abstract:Bid decision-making is a critical activity for a contractor for its uncertainty and complexity. In the bidding procedure, how to select the factors from that have great affection on the bidding result to make the optimum decision is a key problem. The paper proposes a way based on the technique of support vector machines (SVM) to solve the problem.The simulation indicates that the SVM has much better generalization ability than the compared methods.
