| 摘 要： | 小额信贷在我国的发展经历了4种模式，小额贷款公司试点成为我国农村小额信贷发展倍受关注的一种新模式。从小额贷款公司的运作方式、资金来源、运作机制及配套政策等方面分析，得出小额贷款公司在我国未来小额信贷市场中的生力军地位。

| Abstract: | There have been four patterns during the development of small-loan in china, and rural credit cooperatives now serve mostly offer this service. However, the appearance of small-loan companies seems more hopeful. By analysing the companies from their operation way, fund origin, operation mechanism and supporting policies, it is shown that the small-loan companies are an important new force in small-loan market. |
