印尼Lokasi海滨砂矿工艺矿物学研究

摘    要:我国钒钛磁铁矿资源主要分布在四川攀枝花,河北承德等地区,海滨砂矿类型矿床较少。为了查明该类型的钒钛磁铁矿矿砂可选性,为其开发利用提供理论依据。通过化学多元素分析,电子探针分析,能谱分析等方法对印尼Lokasi海滨砂矿工艺矿物学特征进行研究。原矿砂铁品位为26.03%,伴生TiO2和V2O5含量分别为5.66%和0.22%,达到了伴生组分综合利用工业要求;钛磁(赤)铁矿与钛铁矿的含量分别为25.59%,3.87%。矿石矿物粒度范围较窄,分布集中。钛磁铁矿原矿单体解离度达90%,单体和大于3/4连生体之和达99%,磨矿成本极小。该区的钛磁铁矿和钛铁矿都是成分不均一的固溶体矿物,因此钛铁矿中Ti含量要低于理论值,目前不能从Lokasi海滨砂矿中选出独立的高品位钛精矿。

Abstract:Vanadium-titanium magnetite resources in China are mainly distributed in Panzhihua, Chengde and other areas. There few deposit belong beach placer type. In order to find out the washability of this type of vanadium titanium magnetite ore and provide a theoretical basis for its development and utilization. The process mineralogy characteristics of Lokasi beach placer in Indonesia were studied by chemical multi-element analysis, electron probe analysis, energy spectrum analysis and other methods. The raw ore grade of Fe is 26.03%,and the concentration of associated TiO2 and V2O5 are 5.56% and 0.22%,which meets the industrial grade standard of associated Ti and V for comprehensive recovery. The ore contains 25.59% titanomagnetite(hematite) and 3.87% ilmenite. Ore mineral grains with a narrow range of granularities and its distribution is concentrated. The liberation degree of titanomagnetite in the raw ore is more than 90%, 99% of the s titanomagnetite falls in the liberated class and mostly liberated class, The grinding cost is very low. Both titanomagnetite and ilmenite in this area are solid solution minerals with heterogeneous composition. Therefore, Ti content in ilmenite is lower than the theoretical value. At present, it is not possible to separating independent high grade titanium concentrate from Lokasi beach placer.
