摘    要:设计了一种适用于果蔬等农产品微波干燥的反馈控制系统。详细论述了系统的实现原理及其功能模块,重点介绍了微波干燥单元、温度与功率控制单元、重量检测单元和上位机控制单元的设计思路和实现方法。应用纯净水加热实验对改造后的家用微波炉的输出功率进行标定,基于实验数据建立了微波功率与控制电压间的数学模型。以生姜为样本开展恒温干燥实验,结果表明本系统可实时记录温度、重量等数据,基于温度反馈控制能实现微波功率的连续、无级调节。

Design of a Microwave Drying Control System
Abstract:A microwave drying feedback control system was designed for the purpose of the microwave drying for fruits and vegetables and other agricultural products. The realization principle and each function module of the system were discussed in detail. The design ideas and realization methods of the system that consist of microwave drying unit, temperature and power control unit, weight detection unit and upper computer control unit were focused to be introduced. The power of a reconstructed home microwave oven was calibrated by a water heating experiment. The mathematical model between microwave power and voltage of the power control circuit was established based on the experiment data. Constant temperature drying experiment was carried out with ginger as sample. It is showed that the system can record temperature, weight and other data in real time. It is also showed that the microwave power can be adjusted continuously and steplessly based on temperature feedback control.
