PE分子量对硬PVC/CPE/PE共混体系性能的影响

摘    要:研究表明,PE分子量对硬PVC/CPE/PE共混体系的力学性能有重要影响。在实验配方范围内,以超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)对体系的增韧、增强改性效果为佳,但应注意UHMWPE的流动性与分散性,适当减少UHMWPE用量和以普通聚乙烯对其增塑改性均能达到良好效果。

Abstract:There are indications that the molecular weight of PE exercised influences on the properties of H-PVC/CPE/PE blends.In this work the modification effects of UHMWPE on the toughening and reinforcement of blends were superior,but the flowability and dispersion of UHMWPE must be paid attention to.Reduction of UHMWPE content and plasticization with HDPE are two practicable methods.
