硅基黏结剂催化裂化催化剂制备技术进展

摘    要:介绍了国内外以硅溶胶为黏结剂的催化裂化催化剂的研究现状,分析了影响硅溶胶稳定性的各种因素,包括体系的pH值、黏度、温度、电解质、硅溶胶粒径及浓度的大小等。综述了硅酸钠经离子交换法或硅酸钠与无机酸反应制备硅溶胶,进而制备催化裂化催化剂的方法。硅基黏结剂催化剂的抗磨损能力和焦炭选择性较好,催化剂的强度可以通过添加表面活性剂得以改善。

Abstract:The research status que of catalytic cracking catalyst based on silica sol as adhesive in China and abroad was introduced. The influence factors on stabilities of silica sol such as the value of pH, viscosity, temperature, electrolyte, particle size and concentration were analyzed. The preparation methods of silica sol from ion - exchange process or reaction with inorganic acid by sodium silicate were reviewed,and the preparation methods of catalytic craking catalyst from those silica sol were reviewed too. The attrition resistance and coke selectivity of catalytic cracking catalyst based on silica sol as adhesive were well, and the strength of the catalysts could be improved by using surfactants.
