摘    要:甲氧苄啶的合成工艺与生产过程是制药工艺学的经典案例教学内容。作者基于从事甲氧苄啶从科研到生产的亲身实践,探讨了一条以反应原理和反应动力学指导生产工艺研究的制药工艺研究方法学,以体现工艺研究与教学的核心理念——贯彻先进的合成技术、低的生产成本、简便和宽泛的反应条件、清洁生产与资源综合利用。

Abstract:The synthetic technique and the manufacture process of trimethoprim is always a classical case in the teaching of pharmaceutical technologies.Based on the personal practice a research methodology is developed for supervising and instructing the manufacture process by reaction principle and kinetics.The core idea,using advanced synthetic technique with low cost,simple reaction and the comprehensive use of resources,should be embodied in the research and teaching of pharmaceutically industrial process.
