冰浆降温实验系统研究

摘    要:据不完全统计,我国目前已有200多对矿井采掘工作面风流温度超过30℃,大大超过《煤矿安全规程》的规定,直接影响着矿井的安全生产。专家认为未来矿山的极限开采深度将取决于矿井空调技术和装备的发展水平。通过实验平台的搭建和工业性实验,该系统可使空气温度降低6℃~7℃,空气湿度降低50%,可为高温矿井实施降温系统提供借鉴,具有较好的推广应用前景。

Abstract:According to incomplete statistics,China currently has more than 200 pairs of mine mining face which dissolute temperature exceeded 30 ℃,greatly exceeded the stipulations of "Coal Mine Safety Regulations",directly influenced on mine's safety in production.Experts thought the limit of futural mining depth would depend on development level of mine air-conditioning technology and equipment.Through the experimental platform and industrial experiments,the system can reduce air temperature 6℃~7℃,air humidity is lower than 50% which can provide reference for high-temperature cooling system of mine,and has popula application prospect.
