| 摘 要： | 求职礼仪在招聘过程中起着越来越大的作用,提高学生的求职技巧,对成功就业起着事半功倍的作用。文章介绍了在求职招聘过程应注意的礼仪,分析了仪态仪表以及听说的礼仪,探讨了应聘过程中的技巧,最后达到使应聘者成功求职的目的。

| Abstract: | Etiquettes in applying for a job has become more and more important in recruitment.Improving students' job hunting skills can get twice the result with half the effort for the employment.This paper introduces the etiquettes in the recruitment processes,analyzes manners and listening and speaking etiquettes and expounds some useful skills which can lead to successful employment for the applicants. |
