缸套内表面储油结构的润滑分析

摘    要:对缸套工作表面储油结构所经历的三个发展阶段进行,定性和定量的分析,并对第三阶段的独立微坑储油结构的微坑形状进行了对比优化。对于独立微坑阶段,假设比较了几种规则微坑的形状,如球面型、椭球面型、双曲抛物面型等,给出了各种形状凹坑油膜压力的计算方案和公式,并根据润滑理论找出了最大压力作用点,根据计算结果对各种表面微坑的形状、大小、深度等优化方案进行了讨论。

Abstract:This paper carried on a qualitative and quantitative analysis to the three development phases of the oil storage structure of cylinder sleeve,and optimization had been done to the micro-pit shape of independent oil storage structure in third stage.Regarding the independent micro-pit stage,a comparison has been done to several kind of micro-pit shape,such as spheric shape,ellipsoidal shape,ellipse paraboloid and so on.Then the paper provided the numerical procedure and formula of each kind,gave the maximum pressure working point according to the theory of lubrication.In the end,according to calculated result,a conclusion has been done to the optimization,including the shape,size,and depth of micro-pit.
