摘    要:所谓分布式能量系统,乃位于或临近负荷中心、不以大规模、远距离输送电力为目的并具有环境相容性的电力总能系统。基于这一定义,分布式能量系统实际上是不同于集中式大型电力系统的、且具有鲜明特色的特殊电力系统,它是实现总能系统概念的有利形式,同时也为实现一次能源多元化创造了条件。因此,分布式能量系统与集中式电力系统并行不悖,二者如能合理结合,将会对我国的电力建设有重要的促进作用。

Abstract:Distributed energy system (DES) is defined by author as a electric power total system compatible with environment, sited in or in the vicinity of the consumer center area without bulk and/or remote power transmission. Based on the proposed definition, distributed energy system is viewed as a special type of power system different from the current conventional ones with gigantean capacity. The paper points out that DES is a type of energy system most suitable for implementation of the total energy system concept. It is also a most suitable type for the use of renewable energy. It is expected that joint development of both types of energy system in an appropriate way would greatly promote China's power industry construction.
