摘    要:以枇杷叶为原料,对黄酮类化合物提取工艺进行研究,采用单因素试验法对影响枇杷叶中黄酮类化合物提取率的主要因素进行了考察,利用正交试验优化了提取黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件。确定了枇杷叶中提取黄酮类化合物的最佳条件:乙醇体积分数70%,提取温度70℃,料液(枇杷叶与提取液)质量比1:25,提取时间2.5h。在此条件下,黄酮类化合物的提取率为4.77%。

Abstract:The technology for extracting flavonoid from loquat leaves was studied, the major factors affecting the extraction ratio of flavonoid from loquat leaves were investigated with single factor experiment method, and the optimum process conditions of extracting flavonoid was optimized with orthogonal test method. The identified optimum conditions of extracting flavonoid from loquat leaves are ethanol 70% (volume fraction) , extraction temperature 70℃, feed liquid ( loquat leaves and extracting solution) mass ratio 1 : 25, extraction time 2.5 h. The extraction ratio of flavonoid is 4.77% at above conditions.
