固体氧化物燃料电池本体模拟研究

摘    要:简要介绍固体氧化物燃料电池的运行机理及影响因素;应用Aspen P1us软件对固体氧化物燃料电池本体及其电解质进行了模拟,用测算的方法得到1MW电池本体所需的燃料、空气和水蒸气的流量,并用编写的Fortune模块对电池的发电量、电压和效率进行了计算,得到了预期的结果。用国外实际运行数据校验,证明所建模型是合理的。

Abstract:The operation mechanism and influencing factors of solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) have been briefly presented, simulation of the SOFC proper and its electrolyte being carried out by using software Aspen Plus. The flow rate of fuel, air, and steam required for 1 MW SOFC proper has been obtaineol by using the predication method, and the generated energy, voltage, and efficiency of SOFC being calculated by using the compiled Fortune module, having obtained predicted effect. It has been proved by verification using real operation data at home and abroad that the established model to be resonable.
